Hello 🙂 If you are looking at this page, you already know my name is Kim.
If you had asked me growing up if I thought I would ever find myself working in a veterinary clinic I would have said “Ya, in my dreams maybe”. I feel very fortunate to be here and work with the wonderful people here and, of course, doc (who is also my husband – never imagined that either). Life is funny that way.
My official title, I guess, is Office Manager, but I also assist doc in surgery (which is totally AWESOME) and front end support. I started at the Clinic in July, 2008 or was it 2007? – OMG I can’t believe it’s been that long already. Time flies when you love what you do! Every day is different and has it’s own challenges. I look forward to coming here every morning.
I grew up in Derry, New Hampshire. IÂ have two sisters and I suffer greatly from middle child syndrome…lol. I had a wonderful childhood. I have lost my parents over the years, but they are with me everyday and I know they would be very happy for me. I do have two grown sons from a previous marraige and I am very proud of both of them. One of them made us grandparents and that is pretty cool.
doc & I met, in a boxing class, at the gym. My thoughts on staying happily married do include punching each other on a regular basis 🙂 We still workout together 6 days a week and, hopefully, inspire each other to continue to grow and expand our personal goals. I know he does for me.
So that is me, the abridged version. I won’t bore you any further. If you see me out and about, please say “Hello”. I apologize up front if I don’t recall your name – I am more likely to remember your dog or cat’s name 🙂 I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help you take the best care of your 4-legged family members.
I am truly blessed – both personally and professionally – I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings..
